- Client: Any User booking appointments with a dental Provider
- Provider: Any dental professional offering services through our platform
- User: Anyone accessing or registered on our website

2. Our Service
Emergency Dentists is a limited company registered in England and Wales that connects Clients with dental Providers for emergency and routine appointments. Our booking process works as follows:
- Enter your location and maximum travel distance
- Browse available Providers within your specified radius
- Select and pay for your preferred appointment
- Receive contact details for the dental practice
3. Fees and Payments
Appointment Fees
- Initial emergency assessment: £50 (non-refundable)
- This fee covers the consultation and X-rays if clinically necessary
Treatment Fees (Paid directly to Provider)
- Basic treatment (£40): Prescriptions, temporary fillings, re-cementing crowns, abscess drainage, etc.
- Advanced treatment (£130): Root canal initiation, non-surgical extractions
Prices are per tooth. Multiple teeth may incur additional charges.
Important Payment Terms
- The booking fee is non-refundable
- We may offer promotional codes with specific terms of use
- Payments for treatments beyond the initial assessment are made directly to the Provider
- We are not responsible for the quality of dental services provided
4. Refund Policy
In accordance with our commitment to transparent business practices, please note the following regarding our refund policy:
- All fees paid through our platform are strictly non-refundable
- This includes booking fees, appointment fees, and any other charges processed via our website
- Cancellation of appointments does not entitle you to a refund
- In cases of service unavailability due to provider issues, we may offer rebooking rather than refunds

5. Appointment Policies
- Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment
